Welcome to see my solo performance Deep Tinge. The performance is a mixing butoh, dance and poetry In the poem of Stephen Crane, In The Desert, they find a bestial creature eating pleasureful their own bitter heart in the middle of a desert. I instead found a wheelbarrow of freshly cut roses in front of the botanical garden, beautifully blooming, same time dying. All this with researching on softness.

The performance is under 30 min. The space is open from 18:45 and doors close at 19:05. There is some tea after the performance. The performance is free of charge.

Välke Ruusunen is a dance artist freely mixing butoh and contemporary dance. Their work is based on sensitivity, sensing, presence and body. Their favourite tools are improvisation, TRE and touch research. Their broader societal aim is to bring back magic and to dismantle the state of collective dissociation.

Tervetuloa sooloni Syviä Häivähdyksiä esitykseen. Teos tutkii pehmenemisen ja herkistymisen kanssa työskentelyä yhdistettynä Stephen Cranen runoon In the Desert omaa sydäntään aavikolla syövästä demonista ja kottikärrylliseen poisheitettyjä ruusunkukkia. Teoksessa kohtaavat tanssi, runous, butoh ja performanssi.

Esityksen kesto on vajaa 30 minuuttia. Tilaan voi tulla klo 18:45 alkaen ja ovi sulkeutuu 19:05. Teoksen jälkeen voi jäädä juomaan teetä, jos haluaa. Esitys on ilmainen.

Välke Ruusunen on butoa ja nykytanssia vapaasti yhdistelevä tanssitaiteilija. Hänen työskentelynsä perustuu herkkyydelle, aistivoimaisuudelle, läsnäololle ja kehollisuudelle. Työkaluinaan hän käyttää mm käytän mm. improvisaatiota, TRE:tä ja erilaisten pintojen koskettelua.
